Pizza Perron | Our Story
A Brooklyn pizza shop, made from scratch
Pizza Perron sits on Fort Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn's Windsor Terrace, baking Neapolitan-style pies in a wood-fired brick oven the way they're meant to be made — simply, carefully, and with real ingredients.
Crust first, always
Soft, thin, and chewy with high airy edges and a leopard-spotted char — the crust tells you everything. Simple toppings like house-made tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil let it do the talking.
Made in-house, every day
The marinara, vodka sauce, and tomato ragú are all made from scratch in the kitchen — not poured from a jar. You can taste the difference in every bowl of Spaghetti Ragú and every slice of Penne Alla Vodka.
Beyond the pizza box
Brick-oven heroes, crispy wings with homemade ranch, fresh salads, and a traditional tiramisu with zabaione cream — there's always a reason to stay a little longer.
Pizza for every table
Gluten-free crust is made with a multi-flour blend — garbanzo bean, potato, tapioca, sorghum, and fava bean. A vegan cheese option is on the menu too.
